If your package does not arrive and all tracking has stopped, please contact your local Post Office first. This ESPECIALLY pertains to USPS orders. PLEASE MAKE SURE USPS can find your package before contacting me. They can usually track it with GPS.

Please DO NOT wait for months to alert me of the issue. If USPS cannot find your package, please open a case with Etsy's Purchase Protection Program. This way you get your money back and my business does not also suffer.

I always ship my packages as soon as possible, and Deutsch Post is EXTREMELY thorough with checking all labels and requirements. If the label is not deemed valid THEY WILL NOT POST and I will have to pay double in shipping. PLEASE check with USPS first!

If your order was marked as delivered however was not received, it is up to you to contact your local postal service. This responsibility does not fall on the shop.

Once the order is shipped, the responsibility falls on you to receive it in a timely fashion. There is nothing I can do to control or no way to know where your package is once I have dropped it off at my local DHL/Deutsch Post station. Once it is shipped, I have done my part!

Of course if the package is RETURNED TO SENDER, I will message you and usually resend free of charge. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
