What if my item has been shipped but I haven't received it in a while?

Etsy insurance won't let me file a claim until something has not been delivered 30 days from shipment in the US or 45 days internationally. I will not be able to refund until this time. The pandemic has affected delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

I want my item to be shipped to the UK. I also know that USPS will not insure jewelry being sent there. What are my options?

Well, glad you asked! I still ship items to the UK. I will contact you prior to shipping that you understand that I cannot insure items being sent there. As a result, you will not receive a refund for items lost or stolen. I recommend choosing International Priority for better tracking.

The Charlotte is a 14k gold filled or sterling silver chain mixed oval and round link chain with a single or double swivel clasp. This swivel is perfect as a charm holder but look amazing all by itself! The necklace length is the total that includes the clasps. I am wearing a 20” in the photo. This is the usually the best length if you want to wear it lariat style. This chain can also be ordered without swivels.

.:Round links are 3.2mm wide and the oval links are 2.5mm wide.

The gold chain is gold fill, but most real gold fill looks more yellow like 18k. I add an extra layer of 10k gold plating to make it the perfect 14k color. If you’re sensitive to nickel or other metals, I don’t recommend ordering this necklace. You can also order it without plating if you like the look of 18k more.

Each order comes in a small microfiber jewelry pouch inside a padded box.

Care: As with all demi fine jewelry, you should remove the necklace before going into water. Keep away from alcohol based solvents such as perfume or hairspray. Gold filled jewelry is very resistant to wear, but the plating on the swivel is a little more delicate.

It is normal for the tongue of the swivel to move a few millimeters. This happens with longer clasps. Gently push back to the center to realign.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not happy for any reason, I accept returns and exchanges on non custom items within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded and client is responsible for return shipping cost.

All pieces will now be secured with 360 ID Security stickers to ensure authenticity. All stickers must be intact to receive a refund if returned. If you decided to keep the piece, just cut the tag off. Removal of the tape will cause a “VOID” message to show on the tape, and will not receive a refund.
