Products are printed for my by a quality company I choose to print my designs. If the order has not been submitted I can cancel and refund or make changes. If the order has been submitted to the company I cannot cancel or refund.

Refunds or replacements are only available for 15 days after an item is delivered, and only if the item is damaged or does not match your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please take photos of the item(s) and the package and contact me as soon as possible.
