We print our shipping tags directly from the Etsy shipping service by what you enter at the checkout. The tracking is added to the your item receipt in Etsy, and can be emailed to you at that time by Etsy. Nothing is hard written by us.

If your package ends up getting lost we will ask you to check with your local post office and neighbors.

If it shows that it was delivered and your not seeing it we will also ask that your check with your local post office before we help further.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but we cannot control what the clowns at the USPS do after it leaves our hands, but we will do everything that we can to get it to you.

If an item is missing we will get another out to you as soon as we can.

We require a deposit of $100 of quoted total before we start work. No exceptions.

You will get pictures, if requested, as we work through custom orders.

We do not do exchanges or returns on custom work.

We will only cover shipping on a returned item in the event that the item is broken or damaged. Ask questions on products need to be asked before and read before making purchases.

We do not return any enamel pins because they are considered too big or small by a customer.

We do not refund or return enamel pins because of sizes. All sizes of pins are stated in the listings 1-3 times and we do not return any pins due to size.
