Thank you so much for choosing Margaux Paperie to create the perfect wedding invitations for your big day! We absolutely love working with couples to bring their vision to life and to collaborate in carrying their design aesthetic throughout the entire wedding process - from save the dates to invitations for the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and the main event, to wedding signage to menus to thank you cards (and everything else in between!), you can find it all here. ∙ ORDERING ∙
*Please note: When purchasing, please confirm that you are ordering for the number of households you are inviting, not the total number of guests.

1. Choose the item you wish to purchase and the correct quantity and add it to your cart.
2. Please add each item you need to the cart separately before making your final purchase.
3. Please leave your wedding info and verbiage in the Notes to Seller box on the checkout page.
4. Enter payment information and complete your order. We will be in touch within 3 days with your proof!

∙ PROOFS ∙
1. You will receive customized digital proofs within 3 business days from the time of purchase. These will be sent to your Etsy inbox. Please respond with your approval or revisions within 2 days.
2. You will receive free unlimited proofs - we are here to help create the perfect wedding invitations to fit your vision, and we won’t print anything until you give final approval.

∙ PRODUCTION ∙
1. Once approved, your order will be sent to print, which can take between 3-5 business days.
2. Once we receive your order back from the print shop, we will complete any further production (lining the envelopes, preparing belly bands, packaging your order, etc) within 5 business days.
3. We always work hard to complete orders as fast as we can, so we will ship early whenever possible!
4. We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States, and ship times are usually about 2-4 days.

Margaux Paperie Sample Kits are available to purchase and are the perfect way to get started with us! See all of our beautiful paper colors, ink colors, fonts, and more!

Invitation samples are pre-printed and non-customizable and will be sent in the ink color as shown in the first listing image. If there is a particular envelope liner you would like please send a screenshot or the title and we will include it for you.

A sample kit includes:
∙ a sample of the invitation suite of your choosing
∙ a sample of an invitation with the bells and whistles - an outer envelope, envelope addressing, a detail card on one of our beautiful colored papers, and a belly band
∙ a fan deck with swatches of all 45 of our envelope, detail card, and belly band paper colors
∙ White and ivory cotton paper swatches in single and double thickness
∙ a card displaying all 60 of our ink color selections
∙ a link to our font guide, we have over 100 additional options to choose from!

∙ WANT TO PAY A DEPOSIT FIRST? ∙
We understand that this is a big purchase for your wedding, and it might be a little more comfortable for you to be assured of what you will be receiving before you pay for everything in full. If you would like to move forward with this option, just choose ‘Deposit to begin order (first payment)’ in the dropdown menu in this listing. The deposit is $100, and is non-refundable.

Send us your wedding verbiage and info that you’d like to use for your invitation suite, and we’ll put together your digital proofs for you. You’ll even receive an image of all of your finished cards together with the envelope color of your choice. From here we can edit if need be, or you can give us your final approval.

Once you give us your approval, you will need to purchase the suites in full , and we will give you a unique coupon code to deduct your $100 deposit from the total. After your final payment is received, your suites will be sent off to print!

∙ LETTERPRESS UPGRADE OPTIONS ∙
LETTERPRESS – ONE INK COLOR
Ideal for minimalist and text-focused designs. Your entire invitation will be printed using one custom ink color, deeply impressed into double-thick cotton paper for a classic, refined look.

LETTERPRESS + DIGITAL PRINTING
Perfect for designs featuring floral artwork or background elements. The background artwork is digitally printed, while the text is letterpressed in one ink color, creating a stunning combination of dimension and detail.

Both options are exclusively printed on premium double-thick cotton paper.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
This listing is an add-on upgrade and must be purchased in addition to a Margaux Paperie printed wedding invitation suite.
Letterpress upgrades are not available for digital-only purchases or for invitations purchased outside of our shop.
All letterpress invitations are printed on double-thick (236 lb.) 100% cotton paper in your choice of white or ivory.
Due to the specialty nature of letterpress printing, production timelines may be slightly longer than standard digital printing.

Any order that does not meet these requirements will be promptly refunded.

∙ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ∙
- You may use any verbiage you'd like in your invitation suite, it does not have to be as pictured in the listing images. We will design accordingly!
- All fonts and ink colors are customizable - please review our options in the listing photos. If you would like to change the font or ink color, please notate this along with your wedding invitation verbiage.
- Choose from any of our envelope liner options to accompany your suite! You do not have to use the envelope liner shown in the listing images.
- When placing your order, there are two payment options available. You may either pay in full at the time of purchase, or you may pay a non-refundable deposit fee of $100 to get started. We will design your proofs, and once they are approved you will submit your final payment. Once the balance is paid in full, your invitation suites will be sent to print.
- Invitation samples are pre-printed and non-customizable. They include an invitation with a lined envelope in the color of your choice, response card with unlined envelope, and one additional insert card.
- Our invitation samples come with a wedding invitation guide that explains the ordering process in more detail. You will also receive samples of our envelope and ink colors, our font options, and an additional invitation suite that shows off some of our embellishments that are available to order.
- Please note that any embellishments shown in the listing images (wax seals, ribbons, vellum jackets, belly bands, etc.) are not included with your order, but some can be purchased for an additional cost. Please see our Add Ons and Embellishments section for more details.
- Please print out and triple-check your proofs for any errors in spelling or information. Please ensure that the text is sized to your liking.
- All invitation suites will ship to you unassembled.
- Please note that ink and envelope colors vary depending on your computer or phone screen and may appear different in person. Margaux Paperie is not responsible for any orders that do not match the colors you were expecting due to what you see on your screen.

∙ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS ∙
If for any reason you need to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours from when the original order was placed for a full refund. After proofs have been sent for approval (but before anything is sent to print), you may cancel your order for a 75% refund. Once your proofs have been approved, they will be sent to print and cancellations are no longer accepted for any reason.

Margaux Paperie is not responsible for any misspelled words or incorrect information. Please triple-check your proofs for any mistakes and correct date, time, and venue information. If you receive your order and realize something is incorrect, please contact us about reordering.
