All personalised prints will receive a proof design before dispatch dates.
Customers will have 24 hours from receiving the proof design to make any amendments before the prints are printed and posted out.
If the customer, does not reply I will print and post out the initial proof design - no refunds or replacements if you request amendments after postage.

As stated in item descriptions, all prints currently come unframed. Your purchase will just include the personalised print on 250gsm white card.

All digital downloads are sent to the email address provided by Etsy when you ordered. Please make sure to check junk mail folders too. If you cannot find it, we can resend it. Drop us a message!

All orders with standard delivery come with tracking. Shipping should take 3-7 working days, however, it may take up to 21 days to arrive (custom checks etc.). To check on the status of your order, check tracking info provided on dispatch message.

UK deliveries - Royal Mail can take up to 10 days to deliver your item until then I am unable to repost any items or claim for loss.

International deliveries - Please use your tracking number to locate delivery and contact shipping company directly

If you've made a mistake on your order please contact me as soon as possible. If you've received your proof design and you have not responded within 24 hours, I am not liable for any mistakes and your order will be printed and posted. No refunds will be given.

If your print has been printed and posted, any changes will incur an additional charge to reprint and repost. No refunds will be available. Alternatively, I can offer a free digital download instead. Please contact me as soon as possible.
