Please Note: If you choose the lavender scent, no essential oils are used as these will be close to the eyes. Only dried lavender buds which have a very light lavender scent.
Rice provides a nice weight and moist heat which is especially soothing for dry eyes from allergens, Sjogrens, post LASIK. Also great for sinuses.

Heat in the microwave to provide soothing moist heat relief for dry eyes.
COLD:
Freeze for a few hours to use as a cold pack to refresh tired, puffy eyes, or to provide relief from headaches and migraines.
