🇺🇸 USA orders will come with USPS-based tracking via Stallion Express.

✈️ For international orders, we’ll be using APC via Stallion Express. Please refer to FAQ #3 for country eligibility. For countries not eligible, we'll be using Canada Post (air mail, no tracking). If you would like to upgrade to tracking if it isn't available by default, you can upgrade in the cart.

However please bear in mind international shipment speed may possibly take between 1-2 months and it is beyond our control, but we'll do our best with what we can do from here.

We inspect every pin that comes in and grade them accordingly:

• Standard Pins
These are the [best of the batch]. We refrain from calling these perfect due to the handmade nature of how enamel pins are made, but if there are any flaws, they would be really light.

• B-grade/Seconds
These have more noticeable, but still minor imperfections that aren’t visible from a distance. As such, they make a great option for collectors with a budget in mind! Feel free to ask us about example photos if you'd like too!

• C-grade
These are pins with more significant flaws such as colour spills, broken posts, etc. We do not sell these at all.
