What is the difference between lab grown and natural diamond?

How do I care for my jewelry?

It is important to properly care for simulated diamonds to keep them shiny and radiant for many years. Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone. Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry

Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world and free shipping offered to US, Canada , UK and Australia! What are lab diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to earth-mined diamonds the only difference is their origin. Grown in a lab rather than the earth, they display the same brilliance, fire, and sparkle. Best of all, they offer incredible value compared to natural diamonds of the same quality.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes , we offer engraving for an additional $50 , please contact us before placing your order if you are interested in having your ring engraved. Once an order is placed we no longer can add engraving so please make sure to request BEFORE you purchase so we can can make an invoice for you .

Does choosing express or priority shipping make the process of making my order faster?

Unfortunately no. Choosing express or priority shipping is for USPS only when we drop off your package. It does not making the process of resizing or making your order any faster. It wont make your order a rush. If you need to put a rush on your order please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to make it faster.

Return & Exchange policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs and tastes. You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund on orders with simulated and white sapphire stones. * On orders with forever one moissanite , and natural/lab diamond we are only able to offer an exchange. Yes! this is what sets us apart from other sellers. You are more than welcome to send us your ring for cleaning every year for a very small fee.

What is the difference between Forever One and generic Moissanite?
Moissanite was introduced to the jewelry market in 1998 after Charles and Colvard received patents to create and market lab-grown silicon carbide gemstones, becoming the first firm to do so. They currently make their highest quality loose gems under the trademark Forever One. When you purchase these stones from us, you will receive a lifetime warranty card from Charles and Colvard. Generic moissanites are, as the name implies, brand less and are not protected by a registered trademark and are therefore more affordable. This does not mean that their quality is inferior or they will not last as long as Forever One stones. I guarantee that both stones are of the highest quality at the most competitive price you can find in the market.

Production time:

The process of making this order is 3-4 as stated in the shipping and handling section of my store. The reason it takes that amount of time is because I start making them from scratch once the order is received. I prefer to give my retail customers a more “fresh from the oven” jewelry to make them more personal rather than ship something in stock.

If you are pressed for time and or require expedited manufacturing and delivery, I do SOMETIMES have that service available. Please contact us directly and our wonderful customer representative can provide you with more information.
