It is important to be careful with the products upon receipt to avoid damage. We take care of packing each product carefully for shipment and we work with excellent quality materials, but it should be noted that some materials are delicate and that is why we must take care of their handling.

Design previews for custom orders

To ensure the fastest turnaround time, no design previews are provided for custom items unless specifically requested in the order notes. If a design preview is requested, it will be submitted via Etsy Conversation. Each order allows up to 2 design previews before incurring additional fees. Design previews are only available after the order is submitted.

Error in the address provided

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is shipped, we can change it for you as long as the order has not shipped. Send us a message as soon as possible if this is the case. If your order has already been shipped to the address provided, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping destination at this time. If your order is returned due to an incorrect, invalid or incorrect address, then the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders sent to an incorrect address by the buyer.

How is this product made?

All of my orders are handmade with cardstock, vinyl, Acrylic, different kinds of wood, everything I offer I cut with my cutting machine and I proceed to handmade it. Every item is costumed made.

The glass is beautiful and is as shown. I’m so excited to use it! Included is a straw brush for washing which is an added plus. Shipping took a little longer than expected but the item arrived safely.
