All items are shipped in a strong plastic bag. This is a necessary measure to keep your order safe and protected from getting wet (rain or snow)

All items are shipped folded. It won't ruin the look of the tote bag.

Due to leather thickness, measurements may vary slightly. Color may also have subtle variations from batch-to-batch.

All changes in CUSTOM ORDERS must be agreed with the seller before placing an order. Each change must be described in a note from the customer. If this note is not there, we are so sorry, the changes will not be executed.

Please notice that CUSTOM ORDERS cannot be returned!

All products sold by Anastasov.Store / Etsy shop is brand new. Anastasov.Store lets you know that items offered in the shop are handmade. Each product offered in the shop is manufactured only after the order is placed by the customer.

Personalized or Customized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange can NOT be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

In order to offer more competitive shipping services, we have opened an office and a finished goods warehouse in the US and some items will be shipped from the US (Blaine, MN by USPS Priority). We will definitely send the goods for customized or personalized (as well as with add-ons) orders from Kyiv, Ukraine. But if the finished product is not in stock, the dispatch will be made from our production.
▶ The cost and delivery time will not change, sent from Ukraine by DHL Express postal service.

I am a small business, so please read the descriptions carefully or ask questions before ordering. I do offer the option to return the purchase if you are not happy, but the return shipping is at the customer's expense and this is non negotiable.
