Highlights
This is our hand-crafted Crumb Tray (crumb catching) cutting board in solid kiln-dried White Oak. This is a multi-function piece. You can cut crusty loaves of sourdough or anything else and the crumbs (or juices from anything else) are caught in the bottom. Each has a removable and useable trivet made from the same wood. Remove the trivet to transform the board into a serving tray, each has handles cut into the sides. I redesigned these for this year so now they will also store our Smoky Mountain Bow Knife inside when not in use. Each comes with free U.S. shipping and full care instructions. These are sealed in 100% food-safe oils and natural food-safe wax and are ready to be used with food.
These are 17 inches long by 11 inches wide and will accommodate just about any size loaf of bread. The depth inside is 1.5 inches, and these make great serving trays with the trivet removed. I make the top easy to remove so that these can easily be transformed into a serving tray, or to store the bow knife when not in use.
My family and I make these from only kiln-dried wood so the wood will not crack or warp. Each is handcrafted from locally sourced White Oak. This wood is sought after in woodworking due to its durability and strength. It also doesn't scar up easily due to its hardness.
Just follow the care instructions (and never put it in dishwasher) for years of use.

Our knives are great for slicing bread, cheese, fruits and vegetables, bagels, or any kind of cooked meat. You can get the board with a matching knife (White Oak) or any of our other woods for contrast.
