What do I do if I don't receive the email link to access my editable design?

First, check to make sure that the email address associated with your Etsy account is correct. If it isn't, or if it is and you still don't see an email from Corjl, just send us a a message and we'll resend the link.

Do I need any specials skills or software to edit and download?

No, you will not need any special software. You will personalize your file directly from your browser. While Corjl is a user-friendly platform, you will need basic computer knowledge such as how to add and resize text and how to download a PDF or Jpeg file. You will also need a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to open the PDF file. A demo link is available below for you to try the design before you purchase.

Will you edit my purchased design for me?

The file that you purchase is designed to be personalized by you. It's super easy to personalize and download your design, and we're always available to help if you have questions!

What do I do if I have questions after I purchase?

Can I use my purchased item to make digital or physical items to sell?

No, all designs in our shop are for personal use only. You may not create ANY items, physical or digital, to sell commercially.

Will access to my purchased editable design expire and is there a download limit?

Yes, to avoid misuse of our editable content, most editable designs have a 60 day expiration date and a maximum download quantity of 5 (you can edit and save your changes as many times as you wish, however). Some designs, however, will have a smaller access window and/or download limit. Be sure to read the entire listing description before purchase to make sure that you understand the access and download limitations for the particular design that you're purchasing. We understand that life happens, however, so if you need additional time to edit your design or additional downloads just send us a message to discuss. :-)

♥Soon after your purchase is complete, you will receive a link (from Corjl.com) to your editable design via the email address associated with your Etsy account. Open the link (which will take you to Corjl.com), set up a username and password, then edit your design, download, and print.

♥No software has to be installed/downloaded to your computer to edit your design but a free user account is required to use Corjl.com.

♥You’ll receive 60 day access to printable 8.25x1.88 water bottle labels. Save as a PDF with multiple per page for easy printing at home or at a commercial printer.

♥While you can edit on mobile devices there are some editing and feature limitations. Full editing/download capabilities are reserved for desktop browsers.

♥You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader (free) to be able to open any downloaded PDFs.
