Processing, shipping, and insurance

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours as a very maximum, sometimes including bank holidays and weekends. In order to enhance the logistics and reduce the waiting time relating to out-of-stock/re-stocking items, we ship either from our London, UK, office, our warehouse abroad, or sometimes even directly from our factory. We use fully tracked and insured posting services; the courier may vary depending on your location. For orders dispatched within the UK, the estimated delivery time is around 1-3 business days; for all other international shipping, it is 5-10 business days, under normal circumstances.

Return and exchange policies

Items can be returned within 14 calendar days starting with the date of delivery (the Period), provided the return was initiated within 7 calendar days following the delivery date. Unless the received item is defective and/or damaged, you are responsible for return postage fees and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition and with protective films that were never removed. In any event, the original postage fee and ten percent admin handling charge will be deducted from the final refund, as i) the posting service was successfully performed and cannot be undone, and ii) extra work and material will be necessary to fulfil the request.

In the case of a defective/damaged/lost-in-transit item, a replacement shall be promptly prepared and dispatched by us at no additional cost for you! All you need to do is let us know within the Period, and we will take care of the rest.
