Read full production description and view the product images before ordering. Select the plaque design and color option from the drop down menus, then type the baby's name in the personalization field and add to cart.

Short names fit best in the design layout. We recommend using shorter names whenever possible. Long names will still work, but the text size will be reduced.


----- DESIGN OPTIONS -----

See color chart, font chart, and design layouts in our product image gallery.

COLOR - Color options are shown on the chart exactly as they are made. For example, Glow has a straw color background with mustard text and Plum has a purple background with white text. All of these color options have been tested for visibility and we do not mix and match any other colors.

FONT - Each design has a predetermined font. See product images for design details.

MIDDLE NAME OPTION - Only designs 3, 4, 6 and 8 can accommodate a middle name. Please use first name only for all other designs.


----- FONTS -----

See font chart for specific letters and how they will appear. The uppercase block font does not have lowercase letters, even if lowercase letters are typed for personalization. The lowercase script font does not have uppercase letters, and only lowercase letters will be used even if the name is typed with uppercase letters. The serif, italic serif, and modern script fonts are case sensitive and will be typed exactly as they are entered with both upper and lowercase letters.


----- PROOFING POLICY & CHANGE POLICY -----

Name plaques are custom made to order. We begin working on orders right away, and we are unable to make changes after we begin production. Please double check the name and spelling, and if there is any reason the name might change we recommend confirming the name before the order is placed. We are not able to make design changes, and if there is a spelling mistake or name change we will not be able to cancel, change, or refund the order.

The font chart is provided in the image gallery. Because we provide the font chart we do not send proofs for this item unless requested.
