Im sorry you were disappointed in the bag you ordered but if you had read the description of the item, you purchased you would have read in all caps where it says PLEASE READ THESE ARE PRINTED BAGS AND NOT REAL COWHIDE OR FUR. I also state on my shops announcement at the top of my store page that all bags are printed and not actual cowhide or fur. I do this so my customers are aware of what they are ordering and so that it is NOT misleading anyone as I strive my make sure all my customers are happy with their orders. I also state in the description of the bag exactly what it is made of, the size, and other details as well. I reached out to you when you messaged me to see how I could help but you have never replied. Im sorry but hopefully you can use this bag and enjoy it as much as I and others have.

Not worth $71 I paid for it. The top description of this bag is very misleading. The entire bag is nylon. No faux fur… just a print of the “faux fur”. I received the bag one month after placing my order so I highly doubt this was shipped from Tennessee. This no better than a book bag for kids.

I'm very sorry you are disappointed in your diaper bag but in my description of the bag you ordered it states in caps plese read and that this is a printed bag and made of high-quality nylon, it does not say faux fur anywhere in my listing of the bags and does also state this is not cowhide but a printed bag. I also state in my shop announcement that all bags are printed not real cowhide. The size of the bags are also listed in my listing as well as the time of processing and shipping of the bag which during the holiday season can be a little delayed but you did receive it before Christmas. Sorry for your disappointment but I hope you are able to still enjoy your bag. Thanks.

I knew it was faux but I didn't realize it would be all nylon, I was expecting faux material like cow hide, not worth $75. Plus it was shipped from China not from Nashville as stated on the site. The quality seems good, just not worth $75, very disappointed.
