What type of sugar free sweetener do you use in your products?

We use a blend of Erythritol and Stevia that we mix ourselves. We find that this blend is the best tasting and works the best in our recipes. It also has a zero glycemic index so your blood sugar will not spike at all and zero carbs. We also use Monkfruit sweetener in some of our products.

This is a delicious no sugar added carrot cake. Purchased for my Dad (who is a diabetic ) for his birthday. He loved and asked me if I was sure it was no sugar! It is rich and a very dense cake.
