NOTE: Imperfections on hangers are common, we select the most perfect ones, we do touch-ups to correct small defects. For orders of several hangers variations may happen among them, every hanger is unique there is not one that is the same as the other.

What if the item I received is wrong?
In the event you receive an item that was made in our error ONLY, send a photo along with description of the problem within 2 days of received. We only allow refunds based on errors that are our fault. In order to avoid any errors, please include specifics in your order!

Once your items are finished and shipped and in USPS or post office hands, unfortunately we cannot control miss delivered items, you will need to contact your local postal office.

The hanger colors that we offer are: Walnut, Natural and White. Paint colors are: Gold and Silver.

Some variations in the wood hangers and the paint may occur. Pictures will not be as the final product because of computer monitors or cell phone screens. Please ask if there are any concerns.

For graduations hangers only we ship in 2 weeks. This can change in high season such as graduation time, back to school and holidays. We try to send out your items as soon as possible within the stated shipping time. (Please read the estimated arrival date under the item description.) We use Priority Mail and it takes 2-3 Business days for the item to arrive. Be mindful that once in USPS hands, delivery it is out of our control. We always ship on the estimated date, but we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

Will I get a tracking number when the order is shipped?
Yes, when your items ship, you will receive an email with tracking info. Please check tracking on USPS website.

MDM Engraving cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once delivered, your purchase is finished and completed, not our responsibility anymore. If this is a concern, please inquire about insurance for your package prior to purchasing. This can be added for an additional fee.

Also, if the Item is returned to me due to a bad address or incomplete address, the customer will need to pay for shipping of the item to be sent back. Please verify the correct address. The package will be discarded after 2 months from the day I contact the customer if there is no reply.

In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item and box along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement of the Item. A new one will be made according to your order. I will not replace it without a picture. You can not change the order for the replacement. DO NOT TRY TO FIX, WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE IF IT WAS FIXED OR TAMPERED.

YES, please write all your information that will be engraved on the hanger, double check spelling. Be sure that everything is to what is ordered and instructed. Samples and designs are to give you some ideas on what we can engrave. WE WILL NOT ADD ANY INFORMATION NOT SPECIFIED BY THE CUSTOMER. We will not be held responsible for misspelling and other errors.

Please check the maximum amount of characters that will fit on the hanger, if the name exceeds the limit, you may contact us via Etsy conversation, we will let you know if it is possible, or we will make you a suggestion.

We apologize, due to high demand of orders, we do not offer a mock-up, photo or preview. Your hanger will be engraved according to your instructions, you will receive exactly what you have ordered. If we have any questions regarding your order we will let you know.

Pictures, design samples and the font list will give you an idea of how your hanger will look. The text or information that you will provide will be used on your hanger. If there is an error on our behalf it will be corrected at no cost. All sales are final as indicated in our store policies. We will not be held responsible for errors such as misspelling, omission, grammar, aesthetics or changes out of our control. The customer will have to reorder once engraved or shipped.

Yes, you may find the designs and fonts in each item picture section. If no design or font is selected. We will create your hanger as in the sample picture.

All communications will be done through ETSY messaging. Please do not provide private information such as emails or phone numbers. We respect Etsy's policy regarding interactions outside the Etsy store, and we will not reply to emails or calls. This also for security measures for both the buyer and the seller.
