How long does it take to make my jewelry?

Every piece in my shop is handmade by me, from my original sketch to the final polish. I create each item individually for you — no mass production, no warehouse stock. Current production time: 3–4 weeks. This includes carving the wax model, casting in sterling silver, setting stones, applying patina, and final polishing. I never rush this process because I want your jewelry to be perfect. After production, shipping usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location (free standard shipping included). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How do I find my correct ring size?

It is very important to me that your ring fits perfectly. The most reliable way: visit any local jewelry store — they will measure your finger for free. If you already know your size but it’s not US standard, just message me. I will help convert it (EU, UK, Japanese, etc.). Second method: buy an inexpensive “ring sizer” measuring tape. Still unsure? Contact me before ordering — I will help you get the right size. Because each ring is handmade for you, I cannot accept returns for custom sizes. But I will always help you get it right before I start working.

How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?

To keep your silver jewelry beautiful: Clean gently with a soft silver polishing cloth. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and water (remove before shower, swimming, or exercise). Store in a dry place, preferably in the wooden box I provide. Do not use silver dip liquids — they may remove the oxidized patina. With proper care, your handmade jewelry will last for generations.

How are your items packaged?

Every jewelry piece comes in a handmade wooden box crafted by me. It is beautiful, sturdy, and perfect for gift giving. The box also protects your jewelry during shipping and keeps it safe for storage at home. No extra charge – this is how I send every order 🎁

I make each ring especially for one person. I don't have a warehouse. As soon as you order a ring, I start working specifically for you. I think this is very important. That way, the ring becomes exclusive. I don't have two identical works. Because of the specifics of handmade work, each piece is unique.
