How to Order:
1. Choose your preferred checkbook color & whether you want front engraved only or front & inner engraved from the drop-down menu. If you choose the inner to be engraved with text, please be sure to let us know what text should go on the inside.

2. Choose the style # you want from our style chart shown in the listing images.

3. In the "Add your personalization" box, enter personalization based on the style you selected.
Take note on monograms: Traditional monograms are formatted as First, LAST, Middle initial
(e.g., Jane Marie Doe = JDM). Your item will be engraved exactly as you type it, so please be sure you have the orientation the way you want it, we will do exactly how you have it listed.

NOTE: Proofs are not provided unless requested at the time of ordering. We ask that if you request a proof you check back OFTEN in order to approve your proof so it does not delay your order.

Shipping & Processing:

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to placing the order, we will ship to the address that was submitted and are unable to retrieve packages that are shipped to the wrong address.
