Do you offer ring sizing?

Yes, we offer ring sizing upon request and take 2-3 business days. We size up to two sizes free of charge. Contact us for pricing on resizing more than two sizes. We do not accept returns on resized rings.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders take 1-2 business days to prepare it for shipment and 1-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep based on the option you choose at checkout. This does not include production time for custom orders. Please see product description on made to order items for production time.

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we have a 14-day return policy. We do not accept returns on custom and/or altered products (such as special orders, personalized items, resized items, etc.). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
