‼️ Important Update for US Customers:

Due to new US tariff rules, all applicable duties, handling fees and taxes are already included in the SHIPPING price you see at checkout. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means no surprise fees on delivery.

Average delivery time between 5-14 working days but please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during this transition period. All US orders are being delivered with USPS tracked delivery, effective from 25th August.

🚚 EUROPE Standard Shipping:
Please note that standard shipping does NOT come with tracking. If you’d like to receive updates for your order, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout. Tracking details will be available in your Etsy account.

⚡ Expedited Shipping:
Faster delivery options are available at checkout for those who need their orders sooner.

-Untracked & Tracked Standard:
AVERAGE 5-14 working days (not including weekends on bank holidays, delays can occur)

-Expedited: 2-4 working days (please message me first for an estimate if needed)

Yes. However, the stickers are not meant to be submerged in water and washing is not recommended. Not dishwasher safe or weatherproof/UV-proof.

By placing an order you accept the following:

-Custom products are NON-refundable and NON-returnable!
-I do not offer a refund for delayed deliveries or if the order gets returned back to me by the delivery company.
-It is the customer's responsibility to check the spelling (all texts are copy-pasted from the personalisation box) and the right size at the time of ordering. I can help you by giving recommendations, but the responsibility and final decision is made by the customer.
-I can NOT estimate any sizes from photos of items/products sent to me. Please measure your item as it is the customer’s responsibility to choose the right size. Proofs come with measurements and if you accept the proof, you have also accepted the sizing.
-I do not give refunds if your chosen size is incorrect or not suitable for your needs.
-It is the customer's responsibility to choose whether these stickers are the right fit for your product, there is no set list of where and what these stickers can be used for, therefore if you are unsure whether they will work for your intended use, I would recommend ordering just a small sample first as customised products are non-refundable.
-Please note that the colours might look slightly brighter on your device compared to the actual printed sticker! The example photos are for reference only and might not reflect the actual size of your sticker. The sticker size varies depending on the chosen text/logo and shape. The measurements are at their widest, meaning the total length of the sticker.
