How long does it take to receive my Corjl link?

It takes a few minutes for your order to processed. You should receive an email from Etsy and Corjl. The email will go to the Etsy email address on file, so please ensure your email address linked to Etsy is up to date.

What are my download options?

We offer download options that allow you to print anywhere! DOWNLOAD OPTIONS • PDF - for home printing, copy center or print shop • JPG - for photo lab or print shop • PNG - for text, email or social media sharing

I've changed my mind about wanting to use this design, can I get a refund?

Due to our files being received digitally, we are unable to fulfill any refunds or exchanges. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions.

We are not responsible for any errors or printing costs relating to any such errors. • Please note that the actual print colors may vary slightly from those you see on your screen. Card stock choice can also affect the printed color. • Please ensure your home printer is capable of printing the quality of stationery you require and that it is capable of printing your preferred card stock. How do I edit my file?

Corjl is a software that allows you to edit your file from your web browser. We do offer guidance and directions with each listing. We are also here to help to please reach out should you need anything! Also, check out the FREE DEMO link to try it out before you place your order!

Where can I find my Non-Editable Instant Download files?

You can obtain your Non-Editable Instant Download files by going to your Etsy shop under the top right hand drop down, under 'Purchases and Reviews'. Please note, you will only be able to download your files on a computer or laptop and not on your phone. Your files will always be available to you there!

Do I need to download any special fonts or software?

No, you don't need to download any fonts or software for any of our designs. They will be available for you as soon as you start editing your template!

Where/How can I print my template?

That's the beauty of digital downloads and templates! Sky's the limit on printing options: • Vistaprint, Zazzle, Shutterfly - etc • Print at home using your home printer. I recommend printing on white cardstock that is 100lbs - 110lb. • Local professional printer • Chain copy/photo center - Staples, Walgreens, CVS, etc. • Kindly take note that our templates are not compatible with precut card stock

Can you edit and print my files for me?

Unfortunately, customization is not a service we offer; however if you follow the simple instructions provided, it’s so easy to edit, customize and print yourself! Can't reiterate enough how amazing Prints of Love is...

Great games, I can't wait to play them with my staff this month! Easy to download which you have to do from a computer, Etsy does not have the ability to do it from your phone app.

Too much trouble to try and print. You purchase then you have to download forever then it looks like you have to pay again to print. No thanks. I will take the loss of money for this one!

Hi Becky - sorry to see you weren't satisfied with your purchase. I am not sure where the confusion was regarding the type of item you purchased. I have a 'terms and conditions' statement in which the buyer must type YES to move forward. Under those terms I explain that this is a Digital Download and that no physical product will be sent to you. I also explain that our customers are responsible for printing. This is also explained in detail under the product description. Economically it wouldn't make much sense to offer these games, printing, and shipping under the listed price. In the future I'd recommend taking the time to read through the product details prior to purchase so you don't find yourself in a similar situation. Or reach out to ask questions - I am always happy to provide clarity.
