Must I have the same thing on both sides?

For custom mugs, you can have something different on each side! 😊 In the personalization section, just make sure to include what you'd like on the front and what you'd like on the back. For premade designs, it will be the same on each side. If you'd like to customize a premade design, please contact us.

I need this mug by a certain date, will it arrive in time?

I can't guarantee that it will arrive in time, but most orders make it by/before their estimated shipping time. Orders ship out within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2-6 days. However, your delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending on the speed of the United States Postal Service. You do have the option of choosing a faster shipping method at time of checkout.
