What is processing time and shipping time

What should I do if the tracking shows my order was delivered, but I haven't received it?

Please let me know as soon as you realize the package hasn't arrived. During festival seasons, rush holiday periods, or bad weather, postal workers may mark packages as delivered but will deliver them a day or two later. Please wait for two days. Meanwhile, check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to them by mistake. Also, ask your family members if they collected the mail and forgot to mention it. Even after two days, the package still hasn't been delivered, please let me know. I packed my jewelry very carefully to keep it safe during shipping. It will be packed in a gift box with cotton inserts in it. I use the pipe cleaner to tie the necklace with the cotton inserts to prevent any damage during shipping. It will be shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope.
