The product received does not suit you, or you want to change the size? At LeoniBoutique, from the date of receipt of your package you have 14 days to make a return. You can return for exchange or refund (excluding sale or personalized products). The stamp of La Poste being authentic. In all cases, the products must be returned in their original condition, packaging included with their label, in perfect condition for resale. They must therefore not have been worn, washed or damaged. All goods will be inspected upon receipt. Personalized products: personalized products will not be taken back or exchanged.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return it. Only unused and undamaged products in the condition in which they were received can be returned. Please email us for details on how to make a return. Returns within the European Union can be made via any carrier. We advise that all returns be made via reliable carriers with the possibility of tracking the shipment. In the case of countries outside the European Union, the refund is made only through the carrier that delivered the parcel, i.e. the national post office. This guarantees delivery of the shipment without additional tax and customs costs. Always complete the "return" option on the return label and write the exact purchase amount of the goods, excluding shipping

Processing time Our shoes are handmade to order. We need 7-10 business days to complete each order. Estimated delivery time: Europe: 5-10 business days America, Australia 15-20 business days Switzerland, UK: 10-16 business days We make every effort to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time. However, we have no influence on random events and possible courier delays. We also have no influence on delays caused by customs procedures. We provide free shipping only if the customer collects the parcel. If the shipment is not collected, shipping costs are deducted from the cost of purchasing the shoes.

Wonderful, I am more than delighted! I was afraid that the 43 size small and too narrow, but it's perfect. They are super beautiful, I have nothing to say about the finishes and the leather is genuine. To see in time but if the quality does not move no doubt that I would buy other pairs. Arrivals right to wear them for Christmas Eve in addition, top!

Merveilleux, je suis plus que ravie ! J’avais peur que le 43 taille petit et soit trop étroit, mais c’est parfait. Elle sont super belles, je n’ai rien à dire au niveau des finitions et le cuir est véritable. À voir dans le temps mais si la qualité ne bouge pas nul doute que j’achèterais d’autres paires. Arrivées pile pour les porter pour le réveillon de Noël en plus, top !
