All fixed size rings are shown in the listing description in UK sizes. Adjustable rings are available in small, medium and large. I have included images within the listings to convert ring sizes to US, French, Swiss and German

If the wrong size is ordered, just contact me and the ring can be returned or exchanged for an alternative size. The buyer is responsible for return postage..

Every item is packaged in a branded gift box and gift wrapped free of charge.

If you would like to add a hand written gift message, please let me know, either under gift message or under message for seller.

To help you look after your new sterling silver jewellery, all orders receive a complimentary polishing cloth.

If you wear any perfume or lotions allow them to dry before you put your jewellery on, then wipe your jewellery with the polishing cloth, to remove any oils from the piece, avoiding the gemstone.

All size dimensions are listed in the description. As all items are handmade, all sizes are approximate.

As I use real Gemstones there may be slight variations between the photo and the actual gemstone.

All Pendants are supplied with a sterling silver chain, which is 18” in length with an adjuster at 16”

All items are sent by Royal Mail, Special Delivery within the UK and International Track and Trace out with the UK.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not unfortunately not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, Customs or Local postal service. However I do keep a close eye on the progress of your parcel, if there has been an unusual delay, I will do my best to find out what has happened and send out a replacement to you.

Items ready for sending will be sent within 3-5 working days.

Made to Order items take 2-3 weeks to make and get you item hallmarked. I will keep you updated and will get your item out to you sooner if possible.

All bangles are available in 4 standard sizes.

As they are handmade there may be a slight difference in mm diameter, to the approx. diameter stated. If the wrong size is ordered, just contact me and the bangle can be exchanged for an alternative size or resized.

If you require a size that is not listed please contact me and I can make up one to the size you require.
