Do you do custom designs?

We have done customizations on several of my listings. Requests may include changing a background color, changing text colors, or adding something else into the print. Please message me and we will work together to create your custom request!

Are there any limitations to the design I purchase?

Most design shops on Etsy have limitations for what you can/can’t do with the design you purchase. At MidSommarShop, you can use our designs for personal use only. You may NOT share any designs, claim them as your own, re-sell them in their digital format, use any of our mock-ups or photographs, or alter the designs in any way.

Do you offer discounts if I want to purchase multiple designs?

Unfortunately this is not something that we offer at this time. However, we often post discount codes and run frequent shop wide sales!

I didn’t receive an email with my download link. What should I do now?

As a frequent purchaser of downloadable items on Etsy, I HIGHLY recommend going to Etsy.com via a web browser (not the Etsy app), going to your purchases, and clicking the “download file” option to the right of the purchase. This is the only way that I’ve been able to download items without having any issues. If you download via the email sent to you from Etsy on your phone, it will automatically take you to the Etsy app. Since Etsy’s app does NOT support digital downloads, you have to visit a web browser to download.
