AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED:
You will be added to the Design Queue and in ~1 week of your order, I will reach out with a final proof for your final approval. If you approve of the proof, I will move your order into the Production Queue. If the artwork requires further edits, I will send a revised proof per your instruction until the artwork has been approved for production. Your order includes 3 free design proofs. Artwork needing further assistance will require a customization fee.
Design Queue Note: October - December is peak season and design proofs may require additional processing time. Please note that your order will still be shipped on the same date as promised, upon approval of the proof.

Question: What is your Processing Time?
Answer: Standard order processing is 2 weeks prior to departing UPS Ground or UPSP Priority Mail

Question: What side is the Front vs the Back of the Drinkware Item?
Answer: Front has the color matched YETI logo to give your Artwork File the spotlight! The back has the Stainless Steel YETI logo finish.

Question: Can you create my artwork file for me?
Answer: I offer Full Service Artwork File Creation for an additional fee. Reach out directly to understand if your request would be doable.

Question: How do I know if I need Full Service Artwork File Creation?
Answer: You do not need this if you are only requesting:
1) Text such as messages, names, quotes, lyrics ect
2) You submitted your artwork file via Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/request/KB4blxfZJ6z9CS1YYIUX)
3) You are only requesting 1 Icon or ok using my stock options. Example: adding a heart to a Name or a Grad Cap icon, Flowers, Dog Breed Icons, ect. I recommend searching for inspiration on Canva.com to review icon options you may prefer!
If your artwork will require more than the above to create, you will want to reach out regarding Full Service Artwork Creation

Question: Do you offer any Bulk Discounts?
Answer: Yes!
Bulk Discount pricing starts at 15+ of the same unit, utilizing the same logo or artwork request.

Question: We are Tax Exempt organization, can you we work with you?

Question: Do you have order minimums?
Answer: No minimums - there is no business too small!

Question: Can you engrave a photo?
Answer: At this time, I do not offer this service.
There are graphic designers on Etsy that will take your image and convert it to a engravable Vector Image but I would need that file from you to complete. Reach out directly with questions on file questions.

Additional Information:
*Please note that the manufacturer's warranty is voided once the cup is engraved because you are changing the integrity of the cup by engraving it. It will not effect the performance of the cup whatsoever.
