Engraved ring size exchanges are a small fee (varies on ring style). We offer up to 2 size exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase (varies on style). Once your sizing is confirmed correct, we no longer offer size exchanges. We can extend size exchange offers to 1 year if you are purchasing as a gift for a recipient (please notify us). After 1 year, a replacement ring will need to be purchased. International shipping rates apply for all size exchanges.

The rings were beautiful. Unfortunately the seller forgot the engraving. I contacted him and he sent overnight! We were leaving for our wedding in Africa and I was so incredibly grateful for the wonderful customer service!
