How do I place an order? Do you accept returns? Can I request a more personalised design?

Choose the model that suits you best and, when you place the order, add names, a date, or personal words in the relevant personalisation box (if that listing allows it). As these are personalised pieces, returns are not accepted unless there is a mistake on my part. If you have a specific idea in mind, please message me before buying and we’ll go through it together.

What are the preparation times? When will I receive my order? What happens if I’m not at home when delivery arrives?

* Preparation time is up to 10 weeks. If your wedding is coming up soon, please message me before buying and I’ll confirm real availability. * Once dispatched: – Spain: 24–48 hours (estimated) – Europe: 3–6 working days (may vary for islands or less accessible areas) I always send orders with a tracking number. * In some destinations, delivery may be without signature. If the parcel can’t be delivered, the carrier may leave a card for collection from a local office or pick-up point. That’s why it’s important to check your letterbox, SMS/email notifications, and the tracking when the parcel is out for delivery.

What if there is a delay, or if my order is linked to the wedding date?

My commitment is to prepare and dispatch your order within the stated timeframe so it can arrive in time for the wedding date provided by the customer. However, if force majeure occurs — for example illness, an accident, serious carrier incidents, logistics issues outside my control, or exceptional circumstances such as severe weather or major disruptions to the transport network — dispatch times may be affected. In those cases, the delay will not be considered a breach on my part, and the order will be dispatched as soon as possible, with ongoing communication at all times. If your wedding is coming up soon, it’s essential to message me before buying to confirm availability.

How do I care for the piece, and how can it be used afterwards?

It’s designed to accompany the ring exchange during the wedding, but afterwards you can use it to hold your everyday jewellery on your bedside table. Care is simple: You can dust it with a feather duster, but you must not wet the piece under any circumstances, as it is not made for that. It should also be kept away from heat sources. It is a decorative piece, intended for holding small everyday jewellery items. Please keep it out of reach of children, as it may include small details and could break. Of course, it can be carried on the wedding day, but always under adult supervision.

Do you ship to all countries? I can’t find my country in the list.

If you don’t see your country among the available destinations, please message me before buying. With your full address, I’ll be able to tell you whether I can ship the piece and confirm the corresponding shipping rate. For shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, you must contact me before purchasing, as shipping costs are not the same as for peninsular Spain.

Variations for Wedding Ring Holders

Each piece is made by hand, one by one. There may be small variations in shape, texture or tone. This is a natural part of the handmade process and part of its charm. Please also keep in mind that screens (phones and monitors) display colours differently, so there may be slight variations. I take photos so you receive the piece as you saw it, especially when it comes to the tones of the ribbons.
