Since our products are made-to-order, please allow additional processing time (typically 3 business days) to complete larger order requests. Free shipping applies to bulk orders. To receive your 15% discount please message us with the item description and your desired quantity and customization so we can create a custom listing for your order. Unfortunately we do accept returns on bulk orders.

We ship packages often and will send your order within 1-3 business days of payment completion. Please allow extra processing time for bulk orders. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. You will be provided a tracking number for your reference.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your order. With Etsy's new Purchase Protection Program, you may "open a case" for an order 48 hours after sending an initial help request. Etsy's customer service team will assist in resolving your claim or processing a refund.

For mock-ups of text, I require that you first place an order. I can then provide up to two mock-up images for you to choose between, whether it be two forms of wording (for example first name vs first plus middle) or two different fonts.

Please specify in a note to the seller during checkout which two designs you would like to see. I will send the two images to you when I make the digital file for your item. You will then need to respond quickly with your choice, as this is sometimes only a few hours before the item is created and shipped.

Lark and Lullaby offers returns on non-personalized items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request your return and ship item(s) back within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on bulk orders. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order.

Yes, Lark and Lullaby offers cancellation within 1 hour of order placement. Cancellation may be possible after 1 hour upon request, as long as the item has not yet been crafted.

Please contact us via Etsy messenger ASAP. We can change the personalization as long as production of the item has not yet begun.

Although we ensure each order is packaged carefully, damage can sometimes occur during the shipping process. If this happens, please email us a picture of the defective item within 7 days of receiving it so we can send you a replacement.
*Replacement shipments are subject to shop review and approval.

If you would like to add a gift message to an order, simply select "This order is a gift," then select "Add gift message for free" during checkout. Messages added to your order in this manner will be printed and included in the package during the production process.
