+++ These trach tie covers can be made into any size you need +++

Simply measure from the flange hole (the hole on the trach itself) around the back of the neck and to the other flange hole. Most people then subtract about an inch but you can have these made into any size you wish. If you don't see the length you'd like in the listing, just specify the length needed in the comments upon check out. Most widths come in 3/4", 1/2" or 1 1/4" but if you'd like one larger than that just let us know.
