The finished sphere is of a size of approx. 3.5" (9cm) diameter, it can be flattened and put in a standard envelop for a greeting card, so it serves as both a greeting card and Christmas Ornament!

To make this sphere, you will need:
- A Cricut Machine / Craft knife if you prefer to cut by hand
- Cardstock Paper, 216gsm-250-gsm
- String or metal wire to hang the ornament

Great pattern. Fast download. Uploaded to Cricut Design Space without any issues. Cut perfectly (used Light Cardstock 65lb and 2 passes with 80lb cardstock). Used the video to help assemble the ornament. I just can't seem to grasp the written instruction diagrams on the pdf so I'm glad that a video is provided. Thanks so much!

I've just finished making this, and it was pretty tricky, but SO satisfying! The YouTube video really helped. I think I could have managed from the pdf but it would have been harder. I used 250gsm card, with a shiny speckled finish. When I make it again I think I'll use a plain card as it lets the design stand out more. I used my Cricut Air 2 settings for 'heavy cardstock' which did 3x cuts and was perfect. Thanks for a great craft project!
