Understanding wood variations - what should I expect?

As with all pieces made from real wood, there will be differences in grain patterns, knots, color variations, and texture. While we strive for consistency, these characteristics are inherent to the uniqueness of each individual piece and are not considered defects. If you have any specific concerns about the quality or functionality of your item, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to address them.

I only received tracking information for one package in my multi-package order - what should I do?

With orders containing two or more packages, Etsy sometimes fails to receive more than one tracking number from our fulfillment team. Therefore, you will only receive tracking for one of your packages. If this happens, please send us a message, and we will provide you with the tracking information for your other packages.

Are the tabletops made from one slab?

Our tables are made up of kiln-dried boards that we mill and edge glue (usually 2-5 pieces per table). We compose the individual boards so that they are composed in a way that we feel is most aesthetically pleasing. Using individual boards also helps prevent warping!

What are your shipping and processing times? Can I cancel my order?

We pride ourselves on fast processing and shipping. Orders begin processing within an hour, so cancellations are only accepted within the first hour after purchase. After that, we may have already printed the shipping label and started processing. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

What is your return policy?

Undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in original packaging or professionally packed by UPS or FedEx. We can provide prepaid return labels for items returned in their original packaging. If UPS or FedEx packs your item, you'll need to arrange return shipping on your own since we won't have the package dimensions to generate a label. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund if we provide the label.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products except motorized standing desk frames (which have a lifetime warranty) are covered by a 50-day warranty from delivery. This covers shipping damage, natural wood cracking, and other defects that develop during normal use. If you notice an issue within 50 days, reach out and we will work with you on a resolution.
