Undeliverable Packages

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If a package that used the buyer's supplied address returns to me as undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. If there are any additional postage charges associated with an undeliverable return, those charges will also be deducted from any refund given in addition to the 20% restocking fee.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

While I endeavour to ship out packages as quickly as possible, (1-3 business days) the amount of time it takes to reach it's destination is completely out of my hands. All default shipping is via untracked mail, so I am unable to see it's progress. Presently it is not uncommon for packages in Canada to take up to 4 weeks from order completion to arrive and the US can be as long as 5 weeks. Any refunds or resends will not be considered until at least 20 business days (4 weeks) after an order has been marked completed. Tracked upgrades are available as an option, which is usually faster delivery and enables you to see the progress of your shipment.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to work with customers on a custom listing with a minimum $25.00 total purchase. NOTE: once a reserved order has been created by me, you have 14 days to pay for the order, otherwise the listing may be removed. Once the the reserved order has been paid in full, I then begin work on the custom order to be shipped. PLEASE NOTE: Any returns or exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all subsequent postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Variable Shipping Rates Within Canada

Due to the Canada Post strike, I am now shipping using Sendle. Their shipping rates vary from roughly $8.49 (Fraser Valley BC) to closer to $28.00 for Cross Canada Rural addresses (ex. if your postal code has a "0" in the prefix, like S0K for example). I have decided to charge $12.49 as a middle ground, since most urban Canadian deliveries are around $15.00. If the shipping to your address is less than $12.49, you will be refunded accordingly. If the shipping charge is significantly more than $15.00, I may contact you about the price increase. I am using my own discretion here as it will also depend on how much you order and whether I feel I can absorb any additional costs.

These are beautiful Bloodstone low lustre polished pendants, cut, polished and drilled by me. Pendant is secured in place with a larkshead knot, with a double fisherman knot allowing for the cord to be length adjusted up to around 75cm. Each pendant is photographed on both sides, so you can get a better idea of what you are choosing.
