2020 told us that anything can happen! Postal delays, staffing issues and “special adjustments” to services do occur. It is also worth noting that at busy times (such as Christmas) the postal service is under additional pressures.

In the event you card has failed to arrive within our stated timeframes, we ask you to be patient. Very few orders are “lost” most are only delayed.

Royal Mail acknowledge a delivery as “lost” when 10 working days (excluding weekends) have elapsed. As such we will happily remedy orders once this time frame has passed.

Of course it goes without saying, message us with any questions or concerns and we will always endeavour to assist where we can.

We are working hard to reduce our carbon footprint here at Whattheduckcards. We do send our cards in a plastic cello bag inside the hard back envelope for extra protection however, if you wish to have your card sent “naked” and do your part, just let us know in the “note to seller” box on order.
