Is an "oops" sticker included in every order?

Unfortunately no :( I include "oops" stickers only when I have them and then I can add them to orders. But a mini sticker is included in every order as a freebie!

When are orders processed and shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment (Monday - Friday) via USPS. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) The estimated delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as there can be a delay in the tracking updates sometimes.

What if I made a mistake in my address?

Please be sure to provide an accurate shipping address before checking out. If any changes need to be made and the order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact me through Etsy Messages. However, this is still not a guarantee the address can be corrected depending on where in the process the order is in.

What if my order was lost in the mail or returned back to Little Goguma?

We are not responsible for lost or returned packages. Orders that are returned to us will need to be repurchased with the correct mailing address. No refunds will be given on returned orders that are due to customer error nor orders that are lost due to mail carrier error. However, please reach out to us in Etsy Messages for possible options.

My order tracking says delivered but it is not at my home, where is my package?

Sometimes USPS tracking may show 'delivered' but it could take an additional 24 hours to arrive. If still nothing has arrived after this waiting period please contact us through Etsy Messages and we'll be happy to assist you with further options.

My order tracking shows multiple scans of the same thing on different days, where is my package?

Sometimes USPS tracking may show a scan multiple times from the same facility and/or on different days as it is processed or in transit. Waiting 24 hours for additional updates helps the system to catch up but if still no update in the tracking please contact us through Etsy Messages and we’ll be happy to help out with further options.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use a 4x6" kraft mailing envelope with an inner 3x5" glassine bag to protect the stickers. I use sticker paper edges that are not printed on and repurpose them for my packaging stickers. No scrap left behind! Please reuse & recycle packaging when & where you can.
