This is my second purchase of 2 scratchers. We now have 4 total. Our cats love these scratchers, they look nice, and they wear very well, too. My only critique is the cardboard scratcher mounting design. Long wood screws screw through the frame nicely and into the cardboard scratching material. If possible, I would suggest that the company fasten some type of wood or nature material insert into the cardboard to make for a better and longer lasting grip surface for the screw. Over time, the screws loosen from the cardboard.

Box and note from creators was greatly appreciated. Might have to place where it won't slide like on my hard floors.
