Our previously well-loved items may exhibit slight gold gilt loss, manufacturer bumps, paint fading, minor age-related wear, rough edges, or a manufacturing blemish commensurate with age. We strive to note imperfections in listing and be sure to view all pictures provided.
When purchasing more than one listing, shipping can be combined when it is safe to do so. We will refund the combined shipping excess when possible. In the case of “Free Shipping for orders over $35” we reserve the right to change requested shipping methods.
Our policy for Damages: Thankfully this is a rare occurrence, but they do happen sometimes. Although we carefully wrap our vintage breakables in sturdy boxes with plenty of bubble wrap and padding, sadly damage still sometimes happens.
Please tell us about the damaged goods ASAP. Please reach out to me if there is any issue with your purchase within 3 business days of delivery. 1) Photograph the damage and send photos to us so that we can work it out with the shipping company. 1B.) If the damage is minimal, we can sometimes give a replacement or partial refund/credit. If a full refund is requested or if the item cannot be replaced then see the next step 2) Always retain the damaged item and packaging, 3) When asked take them to the shipping company (USPS or FedEx) to be certified by their staff (they will keep the broken item/packaging typically), 4) send us a PDF or picture of the shipping company's agreement the item was damaged with a representative's signature and date, 5) once these steps are completed, we will issue you a full refund for your costs and finalize the claim ourselves.
