This was difficult to set up, even though I’m pretty tech savvy. For some reason, I couldn’t get it to work using the app on my phone, but we were able to get it working using my husband’s phone. He has the same phone, on the same plan, using our home Wi-Fi. My grandmother had the same issue & her health aid also couldn’t get the app working on his phone. But we’re making it work using the app on my husband’s phone & my grandmother w/o an app. So it’s still serving the purpose, & my grandmother loves it!
