4 out of 5 starsI purchased this ceiling light and it arrived earlier than suggested. On taking the light from the box it looked as though it was second hand as the wiring was frayed. I assembled the light, the last pole for the bottom arm wouldn’t tighten as the other 2 did. I contacted the seller with a full description and picture of the problem pole/arm. The seller then requested I send a video of the said pole as I stated it wouldn’t tighten. I felt as though the seller was trying to get out of giving a refund. I sent a video with audio and pointed out the light wasn’t in the manufactures box but in an Amazon Prime box. I received a full refund after being offered £20 the £30 as part refund as the light was working (I never tried so how would I know). I sent the item back and later received a full refund after costing me return postage…..
