What happens if my package says delivered, but I did not receive it?

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to a wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. If an item is confirmed to be delivered by the USPS, we will not provide a refund. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. You will need to contact your mail courier and provide them with your tracking number to solve this issue.

Why is my package taking so long to be delivered, when the USPS states it should've been here by now?

Unfortunately with USPS we have seen delays during shipping and/or with tracking numbers updating, but the orders do move eventually and are delivered. Please keep an eye on your order and if you do not see it within 7 business days please Contact Us and we will be happy to take care of you!

Why won't my coupon code work when I try to use it at the checkout?

If the coupon code didn’t work, check: That you’re applying the code to the right shop. Each shop can run their own promotions, with different coupon codes. That your order meets the requirements of the coupon code. For example, if the coupon code is for free shipping on orders of $20 or more, make sure that you’re spending $20 at that shop. If you don’t see Apply shop coupon code in your Cart, then the offer may have ended. If you’re not sure, please contact us!

Can I cancel my order?

Only in the event that it has been 12 hours or less since the moment of purchase. Please keep in mind that we purchase materials to complete these orders, and that our time and materials are lost when you cancel from us. We are only a small online business, so please use caution before purchasing our items.

Can I return an item?

Only in the event that the item you have received is damaged upon arrival. We know the post office does their best, but some times items get mishandled. If your item arrives broken, or isn't as described, we will refund you or provide you with an immediate replacement with priority shipping!
