Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐭𝐬𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩! You can access the download button only through a mobile web browser or your computer desktop. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐭𝐬𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬. 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Also, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items, it is up to the seller’s discretion as to whether they will refund a digital item or not. Please contact the seller directly through Etsy Messages if you’d like to request a refund for your digital order.
