Due to the nature of personalized items, all sales are final. If you find that something is wrong when you receive your order, please reach out and I will do my best to fix it!

Reach out to me as soon as you realize this! I will fix your order so your items have the correct spelling :)

I copy and paste the name from the order, so please check spelling and letter cases!

If you receive your item and realize that the name is spelled wrong (but the same as you noted), I am not able to exchange the item for a new one. There may be instances where I can offer you a discount for a new order.

If your package is marked delivered but you don't have it in your possession, you may receive it a day or two later. Some packages are marked as delivered before they are actually dropped off at your door. In most cases, your package will show up a day later.

If your package arrives damaged or contents have been stolen from your package, please send me a message with photos of your package. These are needed for me to file a claim with the post office. If I cannot file a claim, replacements come out of my pocket and could cause a raise in product prices.
