“Unfortunately we’re told that the artwork we originally ordered was no longer available after we paid for it. And it was an original piece, so we didn’t get what we ordered, which was disappointing. However, Luis was quick to respond and try and remedy the issue. The back up artwork came quickly and was packaged well. There are a few areas where the yarn is sticking out of the artwork and a warped line as well as some wax on the front, but it’s still a beautiful one of a kind piece and we are happy.”

Unfortunately we’re told that the artwork we originally ordered was no longer available after we paid for it. And it was an original piece, so we didn’t get what we ordered, which was disappointing. However, Luis was quick to respond and try and remedy the issue. The back up artwork came quickly and was packaged well. There are a few areas where the yarn is sticking out of the artwork and a warped line as well as some wax on the front, but it’s still a beautiful one of a kind piece and we are happy.
