Flow Spiral Shell Original Watercolor Print

I painted the original watercolor of this Spiral Shell after making my first Flow Mala necklace. While stringing beads, I was thinking about the watery colors of the Amazonite beads and the idea of ‘being in flow,’ especially when meditating. That energy is always there, spiraling around us. We just have to slow down and become aware of it.

When I sat down to paint a few hours later, this shell emerged.

I imagined a perfect shell, washed up on the beach, still glistening and radiant as the rays of sunlight touch it for the first time. The swirling energy of the ocean brings it to the shore. But it is up to us to look down and become aware of it.

Whether it’s a shell under the waves or someone meditating on the shoreline, we are all part of the same ‘flow.’
