How long does it take the express shipping by courier?

Estimated times are: Spain: 1-3 business days The United States and Canada: 3-5 business days All Europe: 3-5 business days Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, and the Asia Pacific: 4-7 business days.

Why do you use the express shipping system?

Because it is fast and safe. You can track the product the long way and the customer receive the order in a very short time. It's a better service to the buyers.

Your shop talks about ecological tanning and ethical leather. What does it means?

We explain both in short. Our leather is vegetable tanned and has been ecologically dyed according to the environmental rules of the European Union. We work with high-quality natural leather and fur that comes exclusively from processes of the human alimentation industry.

Are the genuine leather durable? Are the colors of the products exactly the same than in the photos?

Our products are carefully handmade with high-quality materials. Take care of them appropriately and you will enjoy our exclusive items for a long time. Due to the natural tanning process used for our leather, the colors can vary from time to time per product. The photos we use on our website are intended to match the actual product as closely as possible. However, colors may vary slightly from the picture and we cannot guarantee every picture will accurately depict the actual color of the product.

Do you have any special return policies?

No, we follow Etsy policies. Remember that buyers have to bear the shipping costs and customs costs when the shipment is from a country where the items have to pay customs to enter Spain. Contact us to let us know, and then you can send back the item in the condition you received it, and then we'll refund your money, minus the shipping and customs costs mentioned above, when we get the item back. Please use a shipping service with a tracking number so the returned items don't get lost in the mail since we could not refund a lost item. Please keep in mind that we are a small family business therefore we can offer you a refund for the value of the PRODUCT ONLY (excluding all postage and customs costs) if nothing is wrong with the item.

What happened with your shipments by certified mail?

We no longer use them. The COVID 19 crisis has increased delays and problems. Products cannot be tracked on the move and deliveries have been delayed for a long time. Now we make all shipments by courier.

Custom and personalized orders

We make many custom orders. For example: Do you like the style but want a different leather color? or, do you want the bag smaller or larger? We are happy to help. Please, contact us if you want a custom o personalized order. It depends on what you ask for, we will make it with pleasure.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Please, if you want your order with gift wrapping, just let us know as a note when you make your order.

What happens with free shipping if I live in an island o remote area?

In all cases, remote areas are not included in Free Shipping. Any order from a remote area will be on standby until we communicate to the customer the extra cost demanded by the courier and the customer accepts to pay it. Otherwise, the order will be canceled. Anyway, for specific cases, you can contact us before buying and we will look for some other shipping system when possible.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Tariffs and duties specific to your country may apply. These are not included in the shipping charges. If you purchase from the USA, please note that any duty charges required by your government are not included and must be covered by the buyer, effective August 29th, 2025. If you purchase from the UK, Etsy collects and remits VAT on applicable goods from buyers on orders where the total value of the package (including gift wrap but excluding delivery) is less than or equal to £135 GBP For amounts higher than £135 GBP, VAT is charged and collected at the UK border, and you must pay it to the UK government through the courier at the delivery. For other countries, please contact your local customs office for more information.

The bag is made of supple leather, which feels great to the touch. The cotton lining feels a bit stiff/cheap though and the beige colour unfortunately doesn't really match well with the silver leather. The silver's more muted in real life, except when the sun shines on it, but is beautiful. It's an extremely roomy bag. The bag seems to be good quality, but only time will tell if the stitching holds up (esp. the stitching attaching the handles). Helpful sellers; I had a question and they responded quickly. Overall, I'm happy with my bag and would order from this shop again.
