All print files are labled by size ratio and corresponding printable sizes:

Labeled 2:3 RATIO - prints 4x6, 6x9, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36

Labeled 4:5 RATIO- prints 4x5, 8x10, 16x20, 24x30

Labeled 5:7 RATIO-prints 5x7, 10x14

Labeled ISO (International sizes)-prints A2, A3, A4, A5

Print files are available immediately after purchase. They are automatically sent by Etsy as an attachment to your email receipt.

You can also access your files on your COMPUTER by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews

Then, next your order, select Download Files

If on an iPhone, once you locate your order within the Etsy app, click the tiny grey arrow on the right side of the order, then scroll down to "Download files".

If you purchased as a “Guest”, you will receive your files attached to an email receipt that is automatically sent from Etsy.

There are three ways to print your digital art prints:

1. At home using your home computer and printer
2. At a local print shop
3. Using a professional online printing service

CHOOSE THE CORRECT FILE THAT CORRESPONDS WITH THE SIZE PRINT YOU WANT: If you want to print an 8x10, choose the file labeled 4X5RATIO. If you want to print a 16x24, choose the file labeled 2X3RATIO.

IF PRINTING AT HOME: Remember to change the printing size to the size you’re printing (i.e. 5x7, if you’re printing a 5x7) in the printing settings.

IF PRINTING AT A SHOP OR ONLINE SERVICE: Do not upload links. Upload files that are saved to your computer, phone or USB drive. *Some places may not accept files from your phone.

Yes, all prints are 300dpi high resolution files. They were created in CYMK color mode which is the preferred mode for printing.

Most prints can be resized. Please message me and ask about resizing BEFORE making your purchase. I want to ensure the size you want is available. I will resize the print first to ensure the quality has not been distorted. Once this process is complete, I will guide you to purchase the print and then email your newly resized prints. Resizing is FREE.

You can print at home, at a local printing shop or use an online printing service.
