Do I need to pay new U.S. tariffs or duties when ordering from Mon Bijoux?

To make things simple for our customers, we’ll cover any new U.S. tariff or duty charges on your behalf. Your order will arrive just as smoothly as before, with no unexpected bills, delays, or extra steps at delivery. Most items are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have 14 days after the day you receive the item to return it. *This does not affect your Statutory Rights*. Ensure that items are in original condition, unworn, with original Box and a copy of the Invoice/Delivery Note. Please contact us before returning an item via an an Etsy Conversation. Personalised to order jewelry (e.g. engraved, plated, etc) and earrings are not refundable or valid for exchanges. Refunds may take up to 28 days. Additional note for US customers: Please note that any refunds issued will be reduced by the tariffs and duties we paid on your behalf when shipping your order.

Custom and personalised orders

Most UK orders are posted 1st class Recorded with Royal Mail which typically takes 1-2 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to faster delivery once you reach the checkout. International Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times. If your international order is urgent, we can upgrade to a faster shipping method, just let us know. We will dispatch 1-9 business days after your order has been made depending on if engraving has been ordered. Once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery. NB We are not responsible for any customs or import duty charges.

Marks, Bubbles & Natural Characteristics in the Glass

Our lockets are made using traditional-style glass rather than modern optical glass. This gives the glass a slightly antique appearance and it may naturally contain small marks, ripples, faint lines, tiny bubbles, or other surface characteristics. These natural variations are normal features of the glass and are not considered defects. They do not affect the use, durability, or display of keepsakes inside the locket, including photos, hair, ashes, flowers, or other memorial items. Please also note that close-up or highly magnified photos can sometimes make these natural characteristics appear more noticeable than they do when worn normally.
